# Kiểm kê kho

Tính năng này giúp bạn kiểm tra, đối chiếu giữa số lượng tồn kho thực tế và số liệu tồn kho trên phần mềm. Sau khi kiểm kê, phần mềm sẽ hiển thị chênh lệch để bạn ra quyết định **điều chỉnh tăng/giảm** phù hợp.

### Các bước thực hiện

* **Bước 1:** Vào menu chính: **`Kho & Sản xuất > Kiểm kê kho`**

* **Bước 2:** Nhập thông tin chung cho phiếu

  * **Ngày chứng từ**: Chọn ngày thực hiện kiểm kê
  * **Chi nhánh**: Chọn chi nhánh đang kiểm kê
  * **Kho hàng**: Chọn kho cần kiểm kê (VD: Kho Nguyên Vật Liệu, Kho Thành Phẩm...)
* **Bước 3: Thêm mặt hàng cần kiểm kê**

  * Nhấn nút **+ Thêm mặt hàng**
  * Chọn từng mặt hàng muốn kiểm kê và điền:
    * Vị trí kho
      * LOT (nếu có)
      * Ngày nhập (Date)
      * Số lượng thực tế
  * Hệ thống tự hiển thị:
    * Số lượng phần mềm (trong kho hiện tại)
    * Tự động tính chênh lệch (thực tế - phần mềm)
* **Bước 4:** Nhấn **`Lưu`** để hoàn tất tạo phiếu

### Xử lý sau khi kiểm kê

* Nhấn vào mã phiếu để xem chi tiết chênh lệch từng mặt hàng
* Nếu có chênh lệch:
  * Phần mềm báo "Mặt hàng cần điều chỉnh tăng XX" hoặc "Giảm XX"
* Có thể tạo phiếu điều chỉnh tồn kho tự động để cập nhật kho đúng với thực tế

### Gợi ý sử dụng

* Thực hiện kiểm kê kho định kỳ (hàng tuần, hàng tháng hoặc quý)
* Kiểm kê đột xuất nếu nghi ngờ sai lệch tồn kho
* Nên kiểm kê cuối tháng để đối chiếu báo cáo tồn kho với thực tế
